You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change. pakgme reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the pakgme Platform. Operating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details, using shared devices, or through use of proxy identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pakgme will close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, including winnings, arising from duplicated account activity.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pakgme makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible in all locations. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to notify pakgme immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
pakgme will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your valid credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, except where pakgme is notified of a security breach in accordance with this clause and takes reasonable steps in response.
pakgme will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.
pakgme accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment. No cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processor deposits are accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect. pakgme does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified Accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two to four business hours of approval. pakgme reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity information on your pakgme Account. pakgme will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Where a deposit was made via a particular payment method, pakgme may require the initial withdrawal to be returned to the same method up to the value of the original deposit.
pakgme operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations as required by its international gaming licence. pakgme reserves the right to delay, suspend, or permanently withhold any withdrawal pending an AML review, and to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant regulatory authorities as required by law.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game or wager in progress, pakgme will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state from server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round or wager will be voided and the stake returned to the User's Account.

pakgme's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pakgme's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
